Remodeling Services
Additions, Kitchens, Bathrooms,
Basements, and more
The time has come. You're looking for a team that you can trust to guide you through the daunting and exciting process of remodeling your space. We're here to help guide, design, budget, manage, and execute each step with professionalism and ease. We look forward to getting to know you and how we can meet your needs.
We break down our remodeling process into 4 phases:
Phase 1: Getting Started
Phase 2: Design Phase
Phase 3: Construction
Phase 4: Final Details & Warranty

Phase 1: Getting started
The first steps to your new space...
Home Visit
We’ll visit your home to see the space you’re looking to remodel, take a few measurements, and discuss your overall vision for the new space.
We’d love to take a few photos of the areas you’re looking to update as well as any relevant mechanical rooms and interior/exterior access points.
After our home visit, Anders will share a preliminary budget and scope of work with you.
This is meant to give you an expectation of the project costs based on the ideas discussed at our first in home visit.
We’ll use this budget & scope of work as a guide going forward but it will be revised & refined throughout the design process as selections are made.
Initial Budget and Scope of Work
Preconstruction Design Agreement & Deposit
If our estimated costs and scope of work align with your goals, we’ll provide a preconstruction agreement to initiate the design and planning portion of your remodel. This includes up to four design meetings, layout planning, material selections, and detailed construction drawings.
The design agreement and deposit cover the time and expertise required to thoughtfully plan your project and prepare an accurate construction proposal.
At the end of the design phase, you’ll receive all drawings and selection schedules, so even if you decide to pause the project, you’ll have everything you need to pick up right where you left off.

Design Questionnaire
If you are considering a remodel, please take a few minutes to reflect on your style, color schemes, and design preferences. This form will help guide your remodel project and help us get to know your lifestyle a little better.
Phase 3: Construction
What To Expect During Construction
1
Project Preparation
Prior to your project start date, you’ll want to pack up & move all personal belongings out of the space we’re remodeling. You won’t have full access to this area of your home during the remodel process, consider how you’ll work around and access different areas of your home during the construction process.
2
Access To Your Home
Our team members may come and go during the week between the hours of 7am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. Please consider granting us access to a lock box or entry code during the construction phase to help keep the project running efficiently and on schedule. We’ll work with you to come up with the best access plan that works for you and your family.
3
Designated Work Areas
Shortly before your project begins, we may have a dumpster and construction materials delivered to your home in preparation for construction. We ask you reserve space in your garage and driveway as a lay down area for construction materials. We’ll work with you on the best place to store material, equipment and perform work throughout your project.
4
Job Site Cleanliness
Construction is messy. There is no way around this but we take necessary precautions to install plastic barriers throughout the space, lay down floor protection & do our best to complete a job site clean up at the end of each work day. Construction dust and debris are normal and to be expected throughout your project but will be mitigated as much as possible by utilizing those designated work zones.
5
Safety Considerations
As our trade partners work throughout your home, safety hazards will arise. Please be aware of electrical wires, glass, nails, equipment, materials, and more as these may be present throughout the project. You’re encouraged to stay out of construction zones throughout the process, especially during work hours. Please always supervise children at the site and keep pets secured and out of the construction areas at all times.
