We break down our remodeling process into 4 phases:
Phase 1: Getting Started
Step 1
Home Visit
Let's talk about your goals for the new space and how we can help.
We’ll set up a visit to your home, take a few measurements, and discuss your overall vision for the remodel.
Step 2
Preliminary Scope & Budget
We'll send you an outline of the scope of work and estimated budget for your project based on our discussions and home visit. This helps ensure we’re on the same page with your goals for the space before moving into design.
Step 3
Design Agreement
This initiates the design and planning portion of your remodel. This design package includes selection and layout meetings with our designer, realistic renderings & complete construction drawings.

Phase 2: Design
The design phase of your project allows us to ensure all details are in place ahead of time, making the construction process smooth and simple. To start, we'll capture a 3D scan of your home so no detail is missed. And you'll meet regularly with our in-house designer to plan the layout, finishes, lighting, and more.
At the end of the design phase, you’ll receive a complete construction quote and full set of plans so you can move forward now or pick up where you left off later.
Phase 3: Construction
Your dedicated project manager will prepare you for every stage of the construction process with daily communication, schedule updates, and designated work areas. Plus you'll have access to your own project portal for easy access to all project info in one place.
Phase 4: Final Details & Warranty
As we wrap up your project, we’ll walk through the home with you to ensure everything is how you envisioned it. We’ll set up a professional photoshoot, provide a personalized remodel booklet with your selection details, and even schedule your 1-year warranty walkthrough at project end.
