Our Process
Collaborative Design
Phase 1
Getting Started
Getting started is all about building a solid foundation for your build. We'll discuss your vision, lifestyle, budget, financing, and homesite to make sure everyone is moving in the same direction.
Phase 2
Construction-Ready Collaboration
Once you've decided on Anders as your builder, we'll provide a Preconstruction Agreement outlining our design review services including meetings with your architect and final construction-ready plans.
As the details come together, we'll prepare the construction documents, finalize specifications and allowances, and assemble a comprehensive Construction Agreement so your project is fully defined before construction begins.
Phase 3
Construction
With every detail already defined, our team coordinates trades, manages the schedule, oversees quality, and keeps you informed as your home takes shape. Through regular communication, site meetings, and exquisite craftsmanship, we'll guide your project from groundbreaking to the final walkthrough with a focus on quality, transparency, and attention to detail.
Phase 4
Move-in & Warranty Follow-up
We complete final touch-ups, inspections, and quality checks to ensure everything meets our standards. As we wrap up your project, we’ll walk with you through the home to ensure everything is how you envisioned it. We’ll set up a professional photoshoot, provide a personalized booklet with your selection details, and even schedule your 1-year warranty walkthrough at project end. We want you to love every aspect of your home for years to come.
